Association Coverages & Dues

• Weekly Residence and Commons lawn mowing and edging (34 estimated)
• Weekly trash service; excludes recycling
• Lawn fertilization (five times annually)
• Irrigation management (excludes repairs)
• Exterior pesticide and insecticide service (twice annually)
• Snow removal above 4″ of accumulation
• Commons wells, irrigation, fountain, signage, and electrical expenses and their respective management
• Installation and Removal of Christmas Lights
• Pond(s) algicide applications; twice times annually
• Pond Fountains; one annual service/maintenance

$700.00 Initiation Fee due upon closing of residence.

(Accrual of monthly HOA dues will begin the 1st day of the Month of the residence closing.)

Note: Addis Woods HOA does not warrant trees, shrubs & flowers @ private residences. Addis Woods HOA excludes periodic flower bed maintenance of private residences.
